Schedule

8-hour day shift with guaranteed 36 hours, and the expectation to work up to 40 hours per week.

Job Description

The Outpatient Orthopedic Therapist will provide evaluations, treatment plans, and therapy interventions for patients within the orthopedic specialty. The therapist will be expected to manage a patient load of 12-14 patients per day, with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week. Double-booking of follow-up visits is anticipated.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapy interventions to assist with patient recovery and rehabilitation.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Outpatient experience preferred.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• First-time travelers will also be considered.
