8-hour day shift, 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist with outpatient experience, preferably in orthopedics. The therapist will manage a caseload primarily comprised of post-operative patients, with some vestibular cases. Our goal is to provide exceptional care while maintaining an efficient, productive workflow.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Provide therapy interventions to enhance patient recovery and function.
• Manage a caseload of 12-14 patients per day, with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state.
• Outpatient experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
