Registered Nurse (ICU) - Night Shift

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) care. This contract position requires a minimum of 24 months of ICU experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the well-being and safety of critically ill patients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate and efficient care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Monitor vital signs and manage life-support equipment as necessary.
• Administer medications and provide detailed patient assessments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement effective care plans.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-discharge care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 24 months ICU experience required, with recent experience in the last 12 months.
• Active RN license with no hits on the state license to practice.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from approved vendors.
• Driver's license to verify residency.
• Travel experience is highly preferred.
