LTC LPN - Long Term Care Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Description

The LTC LPN will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. This role requires a compassionate and dedicated professional to ensure the well-being and comfort of patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including medication administration and monitoring vital signs.
• Assist with daily living activities and promote resident hygiene.
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team members.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Current LPN license is required. Previous experience in long-term care is preferred.
