8-hour day shifts; 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours weekly.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for an outpatient orthopedic setting. Preferred candidates will have outpatient experience, but we welcome new graduates and first-time travelers. This position may require floating to other clinics, depending on organizational needs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and implement treatment plans for patients with orthopedic conditions.
• Provide therapy interventions and patient education.
• Maintain productivity expectations of approximately 60 visits per week.
• Manage a daily caseload of 12-14 patients, with follow-up visits double-booked as necessary.
• Coordinate care with other clinic staff while ensuring high-quality patient experiences.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not mandatory.
