8-hour day shifts with the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in outpatient settings and will be responsible for evaluating and managing patient care in an outpatient orthopedic environment. You will be expected to maintain high productivity standards while providing quality care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Provide therapy interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Double-book follow-up visits as necessary to meet productivity expectations.
• Maintain a caseload of 12-14 patients per day with a target of 60 visits per week.
• Float to other clinics as required.

Required Experience

• Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
