8-hour day shifts with an expectation of working up to 40 hours per week. 36 hours guaranteed.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population while meeting productivity expectations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for outpatient orthopedic patients.
• Deliver therapy interventions aligned with best practices.
• Manage a caseload of 12-14 patients per day, with expectations for double-booking follow-up visits.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across multiple clinics as needed.
• Maintain documentation and patient records as per facility guidelines.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Outpatient experience preferred.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates must hold a valid PT license.
