Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to provide quality care to our patients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patient needs, implementing treatment plans, and ensuring productivity while managing a caseload effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Manage a caseload with productivity expectations of 60 visits per week.
• Provide therapy interventions and document patient progress.
• Double-book follow-up visits as necessary.
• Collaborate with other clinical staff and float to neighboring clinics as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Physical Therapist license in the State of Colorado or proof of application.
• Previous outpatient experience is preferred but new graduates will be considered.
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply.
