8-hour Day Shift (8x) with 36 hours guaranteed, with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in outpatient orthopedics, although new graduates are welcome to apply. This position will require floating to other clinics as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations and develop treatment plans for orthopedic patients.
• Administer therapy interventions in alignment with best practices.
• Maintain productivity expectations of 60 visits per week.
• See 12-14 patients per day, with double-booking of follow-up visits expected.
• Adhere to protocols for overtime, requiring approval from the director before working additional hours.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Outpatient experience is preferred.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Clinical skills in outpatient orthopedic settings.
