Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care in an acute care hospital setting. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support patient rehabilitation and mobility across various diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient needs related to physical therapy.
• Implement and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Assist patients with rehabilitative exercises and mobility training.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and safety.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist required.
• California Physical Therapy license required.
• BLS certification preferred.
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
• Previous charge experience is a plus.
