This position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities from Monday to Friday, totaling 40 hours per week.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Skilled Nursing Professional to provide exceptional care in a subacute and skilled nursing setting. This role involves working with patients to administer care, support daily living activities, and contribute to their overall health and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with care plans.
• Assist patients with daily living activities and personal care.
• Administer medications and monitor patient health status.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current licensure as a Nursing Professional in the state.
• Previous experience in skilled nursing or related healthcare environments preferred.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is a plus.

Assignment Duration

This is a contract position. The standard assignment duration is 13 weeks.
