Job Description

Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the Progressive Care Unit, providing high-quality care for patients requiring telemetry monitoring and progressive care services. Our unit features a mix of medical-surgical and step-down patients, ensuring a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients' vital signs and telemetry.
• Administer medications and perform necessary procedures.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding health conditions and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner EMR.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must possess telemetry competency and progressive care experience.
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS.
• Preferred: Recent experience in a progressive care or telemetry unit.
