Registered Nurse - MedSurg/Tele Float Pool - Night Shift

12-hour night shifts, with weekends scheduled as required.

Job Description

Join our dynamic float pool team providing comprehensive nursing care across MedSurg and Telemetry units. You will be expected to float primarily to various designated units, delivering high-quality patient care based on need and acuity.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to a diverse patient population across multiple units.
• Monitor and assess patient progress and respond to changes in patient conditions.
• Administer medications and manage IV therapies as appropriate.
• Conduct regular patient assessments and document findings in the charting system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in patient and family education.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license and must be in good standing.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• Experience in MedSurg and Telemetry is preferred.
• Must pass a cardiac rhythm exam prior to assignment.
