Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for an outpatient position, starting on November 16. This role will involve treating patients at two locations, Aurora and Highlands Ranch. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality therapy services while adhering to safety guidelines and organizational values.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans in accordance with patients' needs and goals.
• Conduct 60-minute evaluations followed by 30-minute follow-up sessions for continued patient care.
• Ensure proper documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with established guidelines.
• Promote patient and employee safety by adhering to safety policies and procedures.
• Participate in student programs and foster a positive learning environment.
• Engage in professional development and continuing education to enhance your skills and competencies.
• Maintain professional licensure and adhere to the ethical standards of practice.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of therapy services.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 6 months outpatient clinical experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Active Physical Therapist license in good standing.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with 8-hour shifts.
