Schedule

7 PM - 7 AM, with Tuesday start dates. Candidates must work three shifts those weeks as well as two major winter holidays and one minor winter holiday.

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Travel Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery to join our team in Arlington. This role involves providing high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced, high-risk environment. The ideal candidate will be a team player dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-risk obstetric patients and perform labor and delivery services.
• Administer medications and drips, including magnesium and insulin, as per protocols.
• Circulate, scrub, and assist in various procedures within the Labor and Delivery unit.
• Utilize advanced fetal monitoring techniques to assess and manage fetal health.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of travel experience in high-risk OB Labor and Delivery.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required.
• Intermediate fetal monitoring experience is essential.
