Travel Radiologic Technologist

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shifts: Evenings/Nights, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM / 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM, with every other weekend required.

Job Description

The Travel Radiologic Technologist will be responsible for performing a variety of radiology and imaging procedures including X-ray, fluoroscopy, inpatient, emergency room, and OR coverage. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both inpatient and outpatient studies, as well as familiarity with c-arm and operative cases.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures according to established protocols.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1.5 years of Rad Tech experience required.
• 1 year of recent travel experience is required.
• ARRT certification is mandatory.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Experience with c-arm and operative cases is necessary.
• Hospital-based experience in emergency room and inpatient/outpatient studies is essential.
