Nights, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM), 36 hours per week.

Job Description

The Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool RN will provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients in critical condition. The RN will float between all pediatric units, including CVPICU, NICU, and PICU, to meet facility needs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients' conditions continuously.
• Administer medications and medical treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
• Float among various pediatric units as needed.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2 years of Pediatric ICU experience preferred.
• Current RN License in South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact State.
• Certifications: BLS, PALS (American Heart Association).
• Experience with ECMO and CRRT is preferred.
