Schedule

Night Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM, 3 shifts per week, every other weekend required.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Medical Surgical Telemetry RN to join our team for a night shift position. The nurse will be responsible for monitoring patients in a telemetry unit, interpreting dysrhythmias, and providing comprehensive nursing care. The new unit is currently being established and will provide a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings.
• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical Telemetry setting.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record (Epic).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in charge nurse responsibilities as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical Telemetry.
• Current South Carolina RN license or Compact license.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
• Experience with telemetry monitoring and interpretation of dysrhythmias.
