Shift: 18:30 - 07:00 (12-hour shifts, every other weekend and holiday rotations)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our inpatient rehabilitation unit. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 13 weeks of Epic experience, as well as inpatient rehab or Med Surg experience. Our rehabilitation facility focuses on maximizing the health, function, and quality of life for patients requiring extensive rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to rehabilitating patients.
• Assist with daily living activities and monitor patient vitals.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Support patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals towards returning home.
• Engage in activities that ensure patient safety and well-being.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1+ year of nursing experience in a skilled nursing or 24/7 care environment.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Experience in Med Surg or inpatient rehabilitation preferred.
