Shift: 06:30 AM - 07:00 PM, with weekend and holiday rotations.

Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with a minimum of 13 weeks of EPIC experience and inpatient rehabilitation or Med-Surg background. The role involves working in a high-acuity rehabilitation setting, focused on helping patients recover from strokes, brain and spinal cord injuries, amputations, and complex orthopedic injuries. Hospital staff are committed to maximizing health, function, and quality of life for those served.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to adults requiring inpatient rehabilitation services.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
• Administer medications and assist with daily living activities and mobility.
• Support Nursing Assistants and respond to patient needs in a timely manner.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a skilled nursing or other 24/7 skilled care environment.
• BLS certification required.
• Preferred experience in Med-Surg or inpatient rehabilitation related to patient acuity.
