Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:45 AM, with Tuesday starts.

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team in a high-risk maternity unit. You will be responsible for providing exceptional care to expectant mothers and their newborns, ensuring a safe and supportive environment during the childbirth process.

Responsibilities

• Monitor fetal heart rate and maternal vital signs during labor.
• Assist in Cesarean sections and other surgical procedures.
• Provide care to patients in the antepartum and postpartum stages.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate expectant mothers and families about childbirth and newborn care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Registered Nurse License.
• Intermediate Fetal monitoring experience.
• ACLS, NRP, and BLS certifications required.
• O.R. Circulator experience preferred.
