Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Neonatal ICU Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) or Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) with critical care skills. The nurse will be responsible for independently managing vented patients and performing advanced procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Independently admit and manage vented patients using Servo U ventilators.
• Set up and manage heliox therapy through invasive and non-invasive measures.
• Provide non-invasive ventilation support, including biPAP and CPAP.
• Administer Bubble CPAP and nitric oxide therapy.
• Utilize high-frequency ventilation techniques as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1+ year of experience in Neonatal ICU or PICU critical care.
• PALS certification is required.
• Ability to demonstrate advanced neonatal skills and critical care proficiency.
