Physical Therapist - Outpatient Clinic

Schedule

Monday - Friday, clinic hours are 7am - 7pm. Shifts typically include early shifts, with a schedule of 7:30am - 3:30pm.

Job Description

Join our dynamic team at our outpatient clinic, specializing in a diverse patient caseload primarily consisting of post-operative orthopedic cases, back and neck issues, and various musculoskeletal conditions. Our clinic prides itself on providing personalized, hands-on patient care in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality outcomes-driven physical therapy services.
• Document patient information using a web-based EMR system.
• Educate patients and families on therapy processes and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with departmental protocols and documentation standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Degree from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy in Maryland.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.
• One year of outpatient experience preferred; new graduates with strong orthopedic clinicals are also welcome.
• Strong skills in orthopedic manual therapy and flexibility in a clinical setting.
