Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (LPTA) to join our team. This position involves delivering high-quality patient care through both outpatient and inpatient settings, including swing bed and home health services. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, work well within a team, and provide compassionate care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Conduct therapeutic exercises and report progress to the supervising physical therapist.
• Document patient progress and participate in treatment evaluations.
• Maintaining compliance with safety and health standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active LPTA license.
• Experience with a caseload consisting of 60-70% outpatient and 30-40% inpatient care.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficient computer skills.
