Physical Therapist Position

Schedule

This position requires a schedule primarily consisting of M-F shifts, with 5-8 hour days or 4-10 hour days. Occasional Saturday shifts may be required if an orthopedic surgery is scheduled on the preceding Friday.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing evaluations, treatment plans, and therapy interventions for patients, ensuring high-quality care and positive patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy interventions to assist patients in achieving their health goals.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid Physical Therapist license.
• Relevant experience in physical therapy practice.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
