Speech Therapist - Inpatient Neuro Rehabilitation

Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Speech Therapist to join our team in a dynamic inpatient setting with the potential for outpatient duties. This role focuses on a diverse patient population including individuals with neurological conditions such as stroke, traumatic brain injury (TBI), and Parkinson's disease, as well as trauma patients and those requiring post-intubation care. Responsibilities include cognitive evaluations for home safety and conducting swallow studies.

Schedule

This position operates on a day shift schedule, ensuring a consistent and supportive working environment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Speech Therapy license within the state of Nebraska
• American Heart Association's BLS for Healthcare Providers certification

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position with guaranteed hours of 40 per week.
