Physical Therapist - Acute Care

Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for an Acute Care setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rehabilitation and therapy services, focusing on effective patient care and recovery.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations, treatment plans, and therapy interventions for patients in an acute care environment.
• Engage in interdisciplinary support for comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on exercise programs and rehabilitation processes.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans using the Epic charting system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred.
• Valid Texas State Physical Therapist license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Travel experience preferred but not required.
