Travel RN - Emergency Department

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

This position requires night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, with no on-call requirements.

Job Description

The Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced environment. As a member of the healthcare team, you will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assess and monitor patient conditions and vital signs.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members.
• Document patient care activities in the EMR system (Cerner).
• Participate in patient and family education.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A valid RN license in Indiana.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS (or ENPC), and NIHSS certifications required.
• At least 1 year of experience in the Emergency Department.
