Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced emergency department. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and create individualized care plans.
• Stabilize patients in critical conditions and administer medications.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Adhere to established protocols and best practices in patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in Indiana.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS (or ENPC), and NIHSS certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an emergency department setting.
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR system is preferred.
