MRI Technologist - Pediatric Imaging

Schedule

Night shift, 4x10 hours, Monday to Thursday from 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to join our team specializing in pediatric imaging. The primary responsibilities include performing MRI scans at Richland, as well as Greer, Tuomey, and Parkridge campuses when needed. The candidate must be proficient in using the steering client for the Siemens virtual cockpit to facilitate remote scanning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct MRI procedures for pediatric patients, including neonates, stroke, and trauma cases.
• Utilize Siemens virtual cockpit for remote site scanning as necessary.
• Ensure high-quality imaging and proper patient preparation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and diagnostics.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ARRT certification in MRI required; ARMRIT will not be considered.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist, with a strong focus on pediatrics.
• Experience with GE and Siemens MRI equipment (1.5T and 3T).
• Previous experience in a children's hospital is preferred.
