Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Full-time schedule is Monday through Friday with the potential for various shifts. Standard hours are 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM, with alternative shifts of 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM or 8:30 AM to 9:00 PM considered. Saturday work is required from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on some weeks.

Job Description

The Mobile MRI Technologist performs high-quality MRI examinations following established protocols for physician interpretation, under general supervision from the site supervisor and manager of radiology.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI examinations on diverse patient populations.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and use of imaging equipment.
• Collaborate effectively with the radiology department staff.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure comfort during imaging procedures.
• Document imaging results accurately in the charting system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an MRI Technologist.
• Current certifications: BLS, ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT.
• Radiation badge required, to be provided by the agency.
• Experience with Siemens MRI equipment is mandatory.
• Familiarity with Epic and Sectra is preferred.
