Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with NICU experience to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to neonates in a level III NICU setting, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to infants in the NICU, ensuring adherence to best practices and protocols.
• Monitor and assess patients, recording vital signs and changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate and communicate effectively with families regarding their infant's health status and care options.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have a valid RN license.
• NRP certification required; experience in NIC-NICU preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of NICU experience is preferred.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
