Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse with experience in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and be proficient in caring for critical newborns. This position involves working in a Level III NICU, where you will be part of a team dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill neonates.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and provide intensive care as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement care plans.
• Communicate effectively with patients' families to provide support and education.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of Level III NICU experience preferred.
• Current nursing license.
• NRP certification required.
• NIC-RNC certification preferred but not required.
