Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, with a commitment to providing high-quality care for our smallest patients. This role involves working with neonates requiring specialized medical attention in a Level III NICU.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care to ill or premature infants in a neonatal intensive care setting.
• Monitor and assess patients’ health conditions, administering medications and treatments as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate families on care practices and health management for their newborns.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must possess 2 years or more of Level III NICU experience.
• Newborn Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification is required.
• NIC-RNC certification is preferred.
• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
