Respiratory Therapist - Contract Position

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, with every other weekend required.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Respiratory Therapist to join our dynamic team for a 13-week contract. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of recent experience in a respiratory therapy setting and possess the required certifications and licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality respiratory care to patients in various settings.
• Perform diagnostic procedures and develop treatment plans.
• Administer respiratory therapy treatments in compliance with established protocols.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to any changes in condition.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in respiratory therapy.
• Active Georgia RRT license.
• RRT Certification (NBRC).
• AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

Holiday Work Expectations

MUST work 2 major holidays of the 3: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day, AND 1 minor holiday: The Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve.
