Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse - Night Shift

Night shift, 4x12-hour schedule from 19:00 to 07:30.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients in a fast-paced environment. Nurses will be required to float within their scope and ensure patient safety and comfort during their stay.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per facility protocols.
• Perform assessments and monitor patient conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health management.
• Document patient care accurately using Epic charting system.
• Manage and maintain IV lines and administer blood products.
• Provide wound care and monitor for complications.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Required certifications include BLS.
• Current RN license in good standing.
• Previous charge experience is beneficial.
