Days, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM, floating and call required. Call varies based on census and staffing needs.

Job Description

We are seeking a Travel Swing Bed Registered Nurse (RN) to provide general skilled nursing care in a Recovery and Med/Surg setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical competency in rehabilitation and nursing duties while floating between units as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in a Swing Bed and Med/Surg environment.
• Manage patient care responsibilities effectively, adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Participate in patient assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation using MedHost EMR.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience required; 2+ years of experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Must be registered with the state of New Mexico, including fingerprinting process for compliance.
