Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Nurse to join our team that specializes in Level 1 Trauma care. The ideal candidate will float between multiple facilities and be proficient in scrubbing and circulating for various surgical procedures, including cardiac, liver transplants, craniotomies, and spinal cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide surgical nursing care within the operating room environment.
• Scrub and circulate during surgeries, ensuring safe and sterile techniques.
• Float among services at multiple facilities and adapt to different surgical teams.
• Collaborate with surgical team members to deliver high-quality patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Operating Room setting.
• Must hold a valid BLS certification.
• Trauma Level 1 certification is required.
• Experience with cardiac, liver transplant, craniotomies, and spinal cases is essential.
• Level I Trauma experience required; Level II Trauma experience preferred.
• Strong scrub and circulate experience is required for this role.
