Registered Nurse - Trauma Certified (Night Shift)

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Night shift, 3x12-hour schedule (19:00 - 07:30). Weekend position with a Friday, Saturday, and Sunday schedule.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Registered Nurse with trauma certification to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in robotics (urology) and possess experience in Vascular, Neuro, Ortho, and Trauma nursing.

Responsibilities

• Scrub and circulate for surgical procedures.
• Assist in trauma care and level 2 trauma interventions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.
• Utilize Epic for charting and documentation.
• Participate in patient assessments and care planning.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with Level 2 Trauma experience required.
• Current BLS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications.
• PA RN license or compact license in hand is required.
• Charge Nurse experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in Orthopedic Trauma, Endovascular, Open Vascular, Urology, General, OMFS, and Podiatry is essential.
• Pulmonary experience (bronchs EBUS, etc.) is a plus, but not critical.
