X-ray Technologist - Day Shift

Weekday shifts, 5x8 hours from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM.

Job Description

The Radiologic Technologist will perform imaging procedures in an acute care hospital setting, ensuring high-quality patient care and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary skills and experience to perform a variety of imaging exams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a variety of imaging procedures, including but not limited to abdomen, chest, and specialized studies.
• Prepare and administer contrast media as required.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Utilize the Epic charting system for documentation and patient information management.
• Participate in on-call duties as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
• Current CA License, ARRT certification, BLS certification required.
• Experience with Epic charting system is required.
• Charge experience preferred but not required.
