Mobile X-Ray and EKG Technologist

Job Description

This position involves providing mobile X-Ray and EKG services to nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and similar locations. You will enjoy a supportive team environment, job security, and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform and process X-Rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment.
• Submit/transmit X-Ray images to a Radiologist for interpretation.
• Unload portable X-Ray equipment and perform exams ordered by physicians.
• Obtain clinically diagnostic and technically competent X-Ray images.
• Perform EKGs as needed and transmit them to a Cardiologist for interpretation.
• Scan exam-related paperwork and billing documents according to daily protocols.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, peers, and clients.
• Maintain vehicle and X-Ray equipment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ARRT Certification (Required)
• California State License (Required)
• Valid Driver's License (Copy not needed)
