Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for our NICU department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in neonatal care and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This role includes responsibilities for both NICU and OB support as the department is currently short-staffed.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support to newborns in the NICU.
• Assist in cross-training for OB units as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient status and perform assessments regularly.
• Administer medications and develop care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a NICU setting.
• Active RN license.
• Current certifications in BLS and NRP.
• Ability to float within a 25-mile radius if required.
