Job Description

The Registered Nurse in this position will be responsible for providing patient care, circulating, and monitoring interventional cardiac catheterizations and invasive vascular procedures. Candidates should possess expertise in the supplies and devices used in coronary and peripheral angiography, angioplasty, thrombectomy, stenting, and other related procedures. Required to participate in STEMI call.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care in the interventional cardiac cath lab setting.
• Assist in circulating and monitoring procedures.
• Manage patient preparation and post-procedure care.
• Coordinate with the medical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain knowledge of equipment and techniques related to interventional cardiology.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active State RN License.
• Experience in interventional cardiology or related field.
• Knowledge of coronary and peripheral angiography and related procedures.
• Current certifications and health assessments as required by the facility.
