OR Surgical Technologist

This is a 4x10-hour shift position, working from 06:45 AM to 05:15 PM.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled OR Surgical Technologist to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operating room procedures and have the ability to support surgical teams across various specialties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures.
• Assist the surgical team during operations.
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to safety protocols.
• Handle instruments and equipment during surgeries.
• Participate in patient care and communicate with medical staff effectively.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a surgical technologist.
• Current BLS and NBSTSA certifications are required.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining a South Carolina surgical technologist license.
• Experience in General Surgery, Robotics, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Gynecology, Eyes, and Urology is preferred.
