Night Shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) with every other weekend required.

Job Description

The Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) is responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the surgical setting. The role involves preparing the operating room, assisting during surgical procedures, and ensuring a sterile environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain aseptic technique and manage surgical instruments during procedures.
• Assist the surgical team with prepping and transitioning patients into the surgical setting.
• Ensure proper documentation of equipment and supplies used during surgery.
• Monitor patient safety and comfort throughout procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive workflow in the operating room.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1 year of operating room experience preferred.
• CST certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience with Epic charting system is preferred.
