Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

Schedule

This position is for a night shift, operating from 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM, for a total of 36 hours per week.

Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional care in a high-paced environment. The RN will be responsible for a variety of patient care activities and will work closely with healthcare teams to ensure the highest standards of care are upheld.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and health status, reporting significant changes to the appropriate healthcare team members.
• Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.
• Completion of all onboarding health and compliance forms as required.
• Two-step PPD or IGRA test confirmation.
• Completion of Trinity-specific competency testing and skills checklist.
