Registered Nurse - Level IV Trauma

This position offers a day shift from 06:45 AM to 07:15 PM, with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:5.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with Level IV Trauma experience to provide excellent care in a 14-bed facility. You will work alongside a team of professionals to deliver top-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring adherence to best practices and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Level IV Trauma facility.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system (MedHost).
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN licensure.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, specifically in Trauma care.
