Registered Nurse - Medsurg/Stepdown/Telemetry

Weekend nightshift cluster (Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Saturday, Sunday, Monday) from 7 PM to 7:30 AM.

Job Description

This is a 13-week contract position in an acute care setting, primarily focused on Medsurg, Stepdown, and Telemetry units. Registered Nurses will provide care in a fast-paced environment, working with diverse patient populations including trauma, neuro, ortho, and oncology cases.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions and respond appropriately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient care activities and outcomes in the Epic system.
• Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN License.
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Epic experience mandatory.
• Level 1 trauma experience preferred.
• Travel experience highly desired.
