Shift will be either 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients in an acute care setting, with a focus on inpatient rehabilitation. As a Physical Therapist, you will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement therapeutic treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of patients' physical therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Provide ongoing progress evaluations to adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about the rehabilitation process and exercises.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient care and outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Physical Therapist license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Acute care experience is required.
• Experience in inpatient rehab and skilled nursing facilities (SNF) is preferred.
• Experience in ICU and wound care is a plus.
