Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide care in a long-term care environment for a geriatric population. The ideal candidate will have experience in medication administration, wound care, and oversight of CNA colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, ensuring dignity and respect.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Assist with wound care management.
• Supervise and support CNA colleagues in their duties.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to address resident needs.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current New York State LPN License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a long-term care setting.
